Our Sessions

We offer a range of sessions to suit all abilities. Whether you haven't run since school or you're a running fanatic looking for new companions to join you, one of our runs will suit you!


Beginner LEVEL 1

Couch 2 5K

 Our coached FREE Couch 2 5K 10 week programme takes place all year round. Join us at The Station, Richmond  to start your journey!

A rolling 9 week session  for our advanced runners.  If you can run a 5K in under 30 minutes and would like to progress and improve your 10K time this is a perfect run for you.   Starts Monday 25th September
