Our Sessions

We offer a range of sessions to suit all abilities. Whether you haven't run since school or you're a running fanatic looking for new companions to join you, one of our runs will suit you!

Worried that “intervals” means “all-out sprints”?  We’ve listened to your feedback and reimagined our training to be more inclusive, more beneficial, and more fun!   RunFit offers a balanced approach to improve endurance, performance, and injury prevention—without the fear factor!

  A weekly Thursday session 

No clashes, no gaps, just consistency! 

* Part of a structured program – One session each month focused on injury prevention, with others targeting endurance, cardio efficiency, and stamina.
